Returns Policy

Jeannie Love Yarns will accept returns under the following conditions -

Items being returned due to change of mind re colour or texture must be returned within 30 days.  This includes products being returned due to faulty manufacture.  If a project has been completed and yarn is left over that is no longer required, a return is acceptable if no longer than 90 days has elapsed (hopefully enough time to complete a project), and you must contact the store first to discuss the return.

All yarns being returned must be in original condition, with labels intact and able to be re-sold.  Any yarns that have been damaged, or skeins that have been wound into balls, will not be accepted for refund.  Returns should be accompanied by purchase receipts and contact details.

Please note - it is the practice of many yarn manufacturers to use joins in their yarn lengths.  Jeannie Love Yarns has no control over this practice and products will not be considered faulty if a join is discovered in the yarn.  No returns will be accepted due to joins in the yarn.

For items being returned due change of mind, postage is the responsibility of the customer.  Jeannie Love Yarns will cover the cost of postage for items that are found to be faulty due to manufacture or for items that are deemed to have been damaged in transit.  Should this be the case, please document the transit damage, including packaging and we will replace the items at no additional cost.
